I never thought I would be able to function. Or walk or do outdoor activities. With out major back pain or to the point of. Not doing any thing but lay in bed all day. Walk more normal and function with activities. With out the major pain if not any. And with out surgery but after. My visit I decided to just go head with surgery. And after I had my surgery my back pain. Was still unbearable and I still just. Layed in bed all day so finally. I decided to try what Dr. Walicki first talked about.. And after a few months of adjustments. And Dr. Walicki doing different techniques. I was able to walk better and get back to doing. Normal tasks to get through the day. With out the major back pain.
